Applicant Astrium Services Government, Inc. is seeking authorization for the Hub Antenna that is the subject of this Application to communicate with the SATMEX 9 satellite at 117 W.L. SATMEX 9 will be licensed by Papua New Guinea. An application has been filed with the Commission on behalf of the satellite operator for U.S. Market Access and is currently pending under file number SAT-LOI-20140617-00070. Please see this application and its Schedule S and other exhibits, which are hereby incorporated by reference, for the information required by 47 C.F.R. 25.137.
