                    MODIFICATION TO EARTH STATION LICENSE E930289
                   TO ADD 6.3M ANTENNA AND ASSOCIATED PARAMETERS

                                          FREQUENCY BANDS

SES Americom, Inc. (“SES”) proposes to add a new 6.3 meter antenna to its existing earth station license
in Somis, California (call sign E930289). The new antenna will be situated within one degree in latitude
and longitude of the licensed coordinates for earth station license E930289. This is apparent once the
geographic coordinates for the antenna are converted to and compared on the same datum (NAD27 or
NAD83). SES seeks authority to use the new antenna to operate on the following frequencies on the
following bases:

          Frequency                              Direction                          Allocation Status
3625-3650 MHz                         Space-to-Earth                        Primary. The new antenna is
                                                                            very near (less than 10 miles) an
                                                                            antenna already licensed to
                                                                            operate in this band (Call Sign
                                                                            KA318).1
3650-3700 MHz                         Space-to-Earth                        Secondary. The new antenna is
                                                                            very near an antenna already
                                                                            licensed to operate in this band
                                                                            (Call Sign KA318).
3700-4200 MHz                         Space-to-Earth                        Primary.
5850-5925 MHz                         Earth-to-space                        Primary.
5925-6425 MHz                         Earth-to-space                        Primary.
