SES Americom wishes to expand the coordinated arc in standard and extended Ku−band frequencies, and add frequencies, points of communication and emissions to the current KA288 license (FCC file no. SES−RWL−20110407−00419). Proposed communications with ASTRA 3A at 176.85W will be limited to TT&C only. Commission has previously granted a 180−day STA for this antenna to be used to perform TT&C only with ASTRA 3A. See File No. SES−STA−20130722−00653 (granted Sept. 26, 2013). The information relating to ASTRA−3A in that application is hereby incorporated by reference. 30
