(“SES”) hereby clarifies two aspects of its pending application to modify earth station license E000324. Specifically: • SES clarifies that it is reconfiguring the licensed antenna to operate in the conventional Ku- and extended Ku-band frequencies, instead of the C-band frequencies for which the antenna is currently licensed (except as specified below). • SES withdraws the portion of its application relating to the 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency range. SES continues to seek authorization to operate on all other frequency bands requested on the modification application. Please contact the undersigned if you have any questions.
