("HPT"), licensee of transmit/receive earth station E0301 15, filed the above—referenced application (SES—MFS—20131030—00913) for modification of EO30115‘s license to add an 8.1 m. antenna to provide TT&C services for the ASTRA3A satellite during its relocation and onceit is on station at 176.85 W. HPT‘s request for special temporary authority ("STA") (SES—STA— 20131030—00914) enabled E030115 to provide TT&C services while ASTRA3A was relocated. ASTRA3A is nowon station at 176.85 W. HPT only seeks to provide TT&C services for ASTRA3A and no othersatellites with the proposed 8.1 m. antenna for E0301 15. FLETCHER, HEALD & HILDRETH, P.L.C.
