The changes sought in this application are regarding site 1, antenna ID 1 as follows: 1. Addition of one new transmit emission designator 2. Addition of one new receive emission designator 3. Increase of earth station maximum total input power at the flange 4. Increase of earth station aggregate output EIRP for all carriers. 5. Modification of the points of communications.
