Exhibit A This application seeks authority for (1) the relocation of KA275 from Intelsat’s facility at Clarksburg to its Hagerstown, MD facility and (2) certain changes to emissions and aggregate power levels. The attached Schedule B reflects the proposed modification as follows: 1. Section A) Site Location. The antenna is to be relocated to Intelsat’s Hagerstown, MD facility, with details as shown in attached Schedule B. 2. Section B) Particulars of Operations Additional emissions to those in the current authorization are requested, with the designators N0N, 1M0KF2D, 56K0G7W and 72M0G7W. The attached Schedule B contains only the additional emissions. 3. Frequency Coordination Limits. Changes have been made to the Frequency Coordination Limit entries to reflect: (i) the power level changes at the horizon for each of the current authorized emissions resulting from the relocation of the antenna; and (ii) the addition of new emissions as described in para. 2 above. 4. Section D) Points of Communications. The New Skies Satellite, NV.5 (Formerly NSS-803) is deleted from the Points of Communications section. Other Points of Communications remain unchanged. 5. Section E) Antenna Facilities The following changes are proposed for Section E): (i) the antenna ID changes to “C90” ; (ii) the Maximum total input power at antenna flange is increased to “3600 W”; (iii) the aggregate EIRP for all carriers is increased to “94.66 dBW”. All other previously licensed parameters remain unchanged.
