December 14, 2012 Systems Analyst Branch Satellite Division, International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Application for Modification of Fixed Earth Station License Pursuant to Section 25.117 of the Rules and Regulations (“Regulations”) of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), Harris Corporation (“Harris”), by way of the underlying application, seeks Commission authority to modify callsign E080151, file number SES-MFS-20111129-01385. Harris wishes to add a new 3.8m C-band Patriot antenna. According to Section 22.203, 21.100(d) and 21.706(c) (d) of the Regulations, a frequency coordination study was conducted and the results of the study indicate that no unacceptable interference will result with existing, proposed or prior coordinated radio facilities.
