                                        Exhibit A

Response to Question 43, FCC Form 312

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) requests modification of its earth station license, call
sign E980460, to add a new point of communication and associated frequencies and
emission designators for communications in the 12.250-12.750.0 GHz band.

The earth station E980460 currently authorizes communication in the frequencies 11.700-
12.200 GHz and 14.000-14.500 GHz with all authorized U.S. Domestic (ALSAT)
satellites and three additional satellites.

This modification seeks to add a new point of communication to allow operations with
the Intelsat 19 satellite at 166.0 E.L. in the 12.250-12.750 GHz Ku-band frequencies, as
well as the corresponding emission designators. All points of communications and
emission designators currently included in the license remain unchanged.

The relevant modification sought is shown in Exhibit B of this application.

Intelsat has a pending space station modification application and STA request to
authorize use of the 12.250-12.750 GHz Ku-band frequencies on the Intelsat 19 satellite
in ITU Region 2.1 Intelsat understands that consideration of the present request to add
authority for its earth station E980460 to communicate with Intelsat 19 in the bands
12.250-12.750 GHz is subject to FCC grant of authority to operate these frequencies on
the satellite.

Intelsat is supplementing Section C) Frequency Coordination of the existing license with
additional information pertaining to coordination in the 12250-12750 GHz band.
Similarly, Section B) Particulars of Operations of the existing license is supplemented
with additional information pertaining to emissions in the 12250-12750 GHz band.
Finally, Section D, Point of Communications, is supplemented with information
pertaining to the new point of communication (Intelsat 19) being sought. The
supplemental information is shown in Exhibit B of this application.

All other parameters of the E980460 license remained unchanged.

This application does not entail any material change to the existing “transmit and
receive” parameters of earth station E980460. Intelsat is only requesting that a new point
of communication, frequencies and emission designators be added. As such, Intelsat
does not include a complete Schedule B. To the extent necessary, the Schedule B
information and any other relevant exhibits previously provided are incorporated by
