RESPONSE TO QUESTION 42 FOREIGN-LICENSED SATELLITES EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation is seeking authority to operate a telemetry, tracking and command (“TT&C”) earth station with the foreign-licensed Mobile-Satellite Service (“MSS”) DBSD G-1 satellite at 92.85º W.L. The Commission has previously granted feeder- link and TT&C authorization for MSS into the United States from the DBSD G-1 satellite.1 1 See File Nos.
