Q. 42a, FCC Form 312 Use of Non-U.S. Licensed Satellites Raysat Antenna Systems (“Raysat”) herein proposes to use U.S. licensed satellites and possibly non-U.S. licensed satellites. To the extent that Raysat uses non-U.S. licensed satellites for access by the earth stations proposed in the instant application, it only will use such satellites that are included on the FCC’s Permitted List and that are eligible for ALSAT designation.
