CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 47 C.E.R. § 25.133(b) I, Steven Doiron, hereby certify that the following information relating to the establishment and commencement of operation of the earth station facilities authorized to HNS License Sub, LLC for Call Sign E060383 (File Nos. SES—MFS—20110912—01066, as amended by SES—AMD—20110924—01128, and SES—MFS—20120426—00394) is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge: 1. Name of Licensee: HNS License Sub, LLC 2. File Numbers of Applications: SES—MFS—20110912—01066, as amended by SES—AMD—20110924—01128 and SES—MFS—20120426—00394 3. Call Sign of the Antenna: E060383 4. Dates of the License: March 6, 2012 and July 11, 2012 5. Completion of Facility: The construction of the facilities has been completed as authorized. 6. Antenna Testing: The antenna facilities have been tested and are within 2 dB of the pattern specified in §25.209. 7. Date of Operation: Operation of these stations pursuant to the authorizations commenced on September 10, 2012. 8.
