                                       Exhibit A

Answer to Question 43 of Form 312

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) requests modification of its license, call sign E990365,
to add a new point of communication for operations with Telstar 11N @ 37.5° W.L., and
to update the satellite at an existing point of communication.

Earth station license call sign E990365 currently authorizes communication in the
frequencies 13750.0-14500.0 MHz, 10950-11200 MHz and 11450.0-12200.0 MHz with
43.0° W.L. as the point of communication. Intelsat notes that the satellite at 43.0° W.L
reflected in the license – PAS-3R – has been replaced by Intelsat 11. Additionally, the
license authorizes communication with all authorized U.S. domestic (ALSAT) satellites.
The present modification seeks to add Telstar 11N @ 37.5° W.L as a new point of
communication in the same above-listed frequencies and to correct the satellite at 43.0°
W.L.

The relevant coordination report to reflect the proposed operations with the Telstar 11N
satellite is provided as Exhibit C of this application. The information regarding changes
to the current license to reflect the new point of communication and the extended
coordination information is reflected in Exhibit F attached. All other parameters of the
current license remain unchanged.
The present application does not entail any material change to the existing “transmit and
receive” parameters of the E990365 license. Only a new point of communication is being
added and the satellite previously listed at 43.0° W.L. has been updated to reflect the
current satellite. As such, Intelsat does not include a Schedule B covering parameters
already in the license. To the extent necessary, the Schedule B information previously
provided is incorporated by reference, as amended by the information for the additional
point of communication and the extended coordination range, as well as the corrected
satellite at an existing point of communication, shown in Exhibit B of the instant license
application.
