                                      Additional Information


This application proposes to use the following satellites which are not on the Permitted List,
access to which has previously been authorized for the earth stations identified below for C-band
and extended C-Band operation:

      ·     Apstar 6 (See, KA279, File Number SES-MOD-20091001-01254, granted June 25,
            2010, which includes authorization for APSTAR VI @226 degrees W.L [which is 134
            E.L.])
      ·     Telstar 18 (See, E980250, File Number SES-MOD-20100803-00977, granted September
            14, 2010, which includes authorization for 138 degrees E.L.)
      ·     JCSAT 2A/2R (See, E990019, File Number SES-MFS-20090106-00002, granted
            September 23, 2009, which includes authorization for 206 degrees W.L. [154 E.L.])
      ·     JCSAT-5A (See, E010016, File Number SES-MFS-20100510-00571, granted July 2,
            2010, which includes authorization for JCSAT 5A @132 E.L.
      ·     JCSAT-1B (See, E010236, File Number SES-MOD-20080327-00366, granted June 5,
            2008, which includes authorization for JCSAT-1B@150 E.L.)

and the following destination point locations which are located in countries that are not WTO
members:
   · Afghanistan
   · Laos
   · Russia (East Coast)
   · South Korea
   · Tajikistan
   · Taiwan.

The International Bureau previously granted authorization to Allen Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Allen
Communications to access each of the above-listed destination point locations in an application
for E100091, File Number SES-LIC-20100809-01023, granted January 7, 2011.
