Exhibit C Radiation Hazard Report Page 1 of 1 EXHIBIT C Analysis of Non-Ionizing Radiation for a 16.4-Meter Earth Station System The present modification of the existing license call sign KA262 does not entail an increase in the maximum aggregate eirp capability of the earth station. As such the radiation analyses that would have been provided when the initial license application that led to the grant with the current eirp levels still applies. To the extent necessary, Intelsat is incorporating that radiation hazard analysis report by reference.
