Subject: Application File SES-MFS-20100927-01200 with Amendment SES-MFS-20101112-01420 (License E000584)

Dear Ms. Towanda Bryant,

When I filed for the modification of License E000584 for the extended receive frequencies of the GE 23 satellite, the
information that I received from GE was that the satellite operated from 10.900 GHz through 12.800 GHz (as a single band
of frequencies). Their information did not indicate to me that the Earth receive frequencies for the GE 23 satellite were
actually grouped in three separate bands.

As a result, I would like to correct my application to reflect the actual Earth receive frequencies of the GE 23 satellite:

1. 10.950 GHz - 11.200 GHz
200KF3E FM analog audio
38K4G7W Digital audio
18M0F8F-36M0F8F FM analog video/audio
2M00G1F-9M00G1F Single chan/carrier digital video/audio
6M0G7F-36M0G7F Multiple chan/carrier digital video/audio
54K6G7W-35M9G7W QPSK, 8PSK digital data
618KD7W-20M3D7W 16QAM digital data

2. 11.450 GHz - 11.700 GHz
200KF3E FM analog audio
38K4G7W Digital audio
18M0F8F-36M0F8F FM analog video/audio
2M00G1F-9M00G1F Single chan/carrier digital video/audio
6M0G7F-36M0G7F Multiple chan/carrier digital video/audio
54K6G7W-35M9G7W QPSK, 8PSK digital data
618KD7W-20M3D7W 16QAM digital data

3. 12.200 GHz - 12.750 GHz
200KF3E FM analog audio
38K4G7W Digital audio
18M0F8F-36M0F8F FM analog video/audio
2M00G1F-9M00G1F Single chan/carrier digital video/audio
6M0G7F-36M0G7F Multiple chan/carrier digital video/audio
