EchoStar Corporation seeks to modify its earth station license to provide TT&C and broadcast operations for the EchoStar 15 satellite operating as a U.S.−licensed satellite at 61.55 W.L., to add EchoStar 15 as a point of communication, and to update other points of communication to reflect changes in satellite position. 10
