                                     Response to Question 42a

                         Information for Non-U.S. Licensed Satellites

         By this application, Vizada, Inc. (“Vizada”) requests authority to add the Inmarsat 4F3
satellite, located at the 97.65° W.L. orbital location, and which is licensed by the United
Kingdom, as a point of communication for its antenna located at Santa Paula, California and
licensed under call sign E980136.

       Access to the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite will allow Vizada to support the Federal Aviation
Administration’s Wide Area Augmentation System (FAA WAAS), a satellite-based navigation
system for civilian aircraft.

       Vizada has been granted authority to access the 4F3 satellite from its WB36 earth stations
in Southbury, Connecticut (File No. SES-AFS-20081014-01318), granted March 24, 2009.

       Vizada incorporates by reference the applications of Inmarsat Hawaii Inc., as amended,
which contain all of the required Schedule S information for the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite. See IB
File Nos. SES-MFS-20080228-00207; SES-AFS-20080410-00448; SES-AFS-20080915-01200,
granted December 18, 2008.
