Dear Ms. Dortch,

        Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, EchoStar Corporation
(“EchoStar”) corrects the information provided in the above-captioned applications to revise the licensed
orbital location of the requested point of communication. The earth station modification applications
request authority to operate with the EchoStar 14 satellite. The applications indicate that the satellite
will be located at the 119° W.L. orbital location; however, the satellite has been authorized to operate at
118.9° W.L. DISH Operating L.L.C., Modification of Authority to Operate at the 118.9° W.L. Orbital
Location and Authority to Launch and Operate the EchoStar-14 Satellite, Order and Authorization, DA
10-407 (Int’l Bur. Mar. 10, 2010); modified by Stamp Grant, File No. SAT-MOD-20100212-00027
(granted Apr. 29, 2010).

         EchoStar respectfully requests that the Commission correct the above-captioned applications to
reflect the licensed orbital location of EchoStar 14 as 118.9° W.L. No other information in the
applications has been changed.
