            Dear Ms. Dortch:

            Intelsat North America LLC ("Intelsat") files this letter to further clarify the
            frequency information in the above referenced application. On December 16,
            2008 the International Bureau on delegated authority dismissed the 3400—3600
            MHz portion of Intelsat‘s application without prejudice to refiling.‘ Intelsat
            clarifies herein that the bands 3600—3625 MHz also should be deleted from the
            application.
