CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 47 C.E.R. § 25.133(b) I, Steven Doiron, hereby certify that the following information relating to the establishment and commencement of operation of the earth station facilities authorized to HNS License Sub, LLC for Call Sign E000166 (File No. SES—MFS—20080617—00804) is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge: 1. Name of Licensee: HNS License Sub, LLC 2. File Number of Application: SES—MFS—20080617—00804 3. Call Sign of the Antenna: E000166 4. Date of the License: September 9, 2008 3. Completion of Facility: The construction of the facility has been completed as authorized. 6. Antenna Testing: The antenna facilities have been tested and each is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in § 25.209. 7. Date of Operation: Operation of this station pursuant to the authorization commenced on August 21, 2009. 8. Continued Operation: Consistent with the fact that one of the authorized antennas is a transportable fixed earth station, the station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
