CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 47 C.F.R. 6 25.133(b) I, Steven Doiron, hereby certify that the following information relating to the establishment and commencement of operation of the modified earth station facilities authorized to HNS License Sub, LLC for Call Sign E000166 (File Nos. SES-MFS-20060726-01265 and SES-MFS-20070419-00489)at Germantown, Maryland, is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge: 1. Name of Licensee: HNS License Sub, LLC 2. File Numbers of Applications: SES-MFS-20060726-01265 and SES-MFS- ------------ 20070419-00489 -------- Call Sign of the Antenna: E000 166 Dates of the License: September 19,2006 and July 3 1,2007 Completion of Facility: The modifications to the facility have been completed as authorized. Antenna Testing: The new remote antenna and modified antenna facilities have been tested and are within 2 dB of the pattern specified in 5 25.209. 7. Date of Operation: Operation of this station pursuant to the modified authorizations commenced on or about September 23,2006 and August 1,2007, respectively.
