Exhibit E Hughes Network Systems, Licensee Subsidiary, LLC Call Sign E000166 Modification of License Application July 2006 Response to Q. 42b All of the non-U.S.-licensed space stations that are or are proposed for points of communication in this Modification Application and the underlying license in Call Sign E000166 are either included on the Permitted Space Station List, or are proposed in separate proceedings for inclusion on that list. Hughes has indicated, in Exhibit A, Section E, that it is prepared to have the Commission defer action as may be necessary on its request to add the Mexican Satmex-6 space station as a point of communication until such time as that space station is itself included on the Permitted Space Station List.
