Listed in Exhibit A Dear Ms. Dortch: Inmarsat Ventures Limited ("Inmarsat") submits this letter in connection with the proceedings listed in Exhibit A in which Inmarsat raised objections or sought reconsideration or review regarding certain MSV satellite and ATC licensing matters, and the ATC rulemaking proceeding. Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc., and Inmarsat Global Limited recently entered into a long—term coordination agreement regarding the operation of Inmarsat‘s and MSV‘s satellite communications systems in North America. Pursuant to that agreement, and subjectto it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), Inmarsat withdraws (i) all ofits filings in the licensing proceedings listed in Exhibit A and supports the grant of MSV‘s applications, and (ii) its Petition for Reconsideration dated May 13, 2005 and its Reply dated August 17, 2005 in IB Docket No. 01—185.
