Attachment Antenna Waiver

Waiver of Non-Conforming Antenna In this application, Harte Satellite Consultants (HSC) requests authorization to operate an antenna that is not compliant with the Section 25.209 reference pattern. Due to the small diameter of the HSC antenna the off-axis gain pattern provided in Section 25.209(a)(1) and 25.209(a)(4) are not met for parts of the main beam. However, the input power to the antenna will be limited in order to protect adjacent satellite networks. The earth station will in any case be operated such that the radiated power density is kept well below the levels of the attached fixed link coordination report and in compliance with the coordination agreements of the satellite network operator. The off-axis gain table for the proposed antenna is attached in Schedule B of this application for license.
