Attachment Waitsfiled Waiver

Waitsfield-Fayston Telephone Co., Inc. Waiver Request Form 312 C-Band Antenna Filing November 8, 2018 Waitsfield Cable populated and validated a modification to its pending application under Form 312 to register its C-Band Antennas. In doing so, the company had incorrectly concluded that its “validated filing” meant that its application had been successfully submitted to IBFS. It was made aware of its error only after the FCC filing deadline of October 31st. The company believes that its registration of this antenna is both critical to the efforts of the FCC to identify providers already using that band and to protect the company’s existing deployment of antennas in that band. Accordingly, we are requesting a waiver of the filing deadline and respectfully ask that the FCC deem this application as timely filed.
