- The application is for a VSAT antenna that will be located in Guam. The VSAT terminal with a 1.2m antenna will be connected to a hub in the U.S. territories. The hub and VSAT station will only operate with U.S. licensed satellites. In Guam, Expedition Communication VSAT will serve to supplement the First Responder Network FirstNet there, providing additional resiliency for emergencies. FirstNet is the nation
