Exhibit D Extended C‐band Spectrum GCI Communication Corp (GCI) certifies that it has no intention of operating the facility detailed in this application in the band 5.850 MHz to 5.924 MHz, known colloquially as the Extended C‐ band spectrum. As indicated in this application, GCI will only transmit between 5.925 to 6.425 MHz, as authorized.
