Exhibit A Frequency Coordination In the interest of expediency in submitting this Receive-Only C-band earth station application, GCI elected to forego obtaining a Frequency Coordination analysis/report as detailed in 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1 §25.131(b) and pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1 §25.203(c). GCI understands that the antennas associated with this application will not be afforded interference protection from Fixed Service (FS) (terrestrial) operations (as defined in 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1 §90 and 47 C.F.R. Ch. 1 §101) in the 3.7 – 4.2 GHz band.
