The Applicant agrees to abide by the conditions referenced in the NRAO letter dated December 22, 2017, NRQZ ID: 11183_14NOV2017 The license application for Hot Springs, Virginia will not exceed the referenced Effective Radiated Power (ERP) of 7532 Watts per 308 kHz unit bandwidth at Azimuth 353.2 degrees. A site inspection will be arranged to verify the implementation of this Special Condition and a copy of the NRQZ document will be posted.
