Washington, D.C. 20554 RE: Certificate of Completion of Construction Intelsat License LLC SES-LIC-20170510-00549 Call Sign: E170108 Dear Ms. Dortch, Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) certifies that it has completed construction and begun operation of its Ellenwood, Georgia E170108 earth station facility. The Commission granted Intelsat license to operate this earth station facility on August 3, 2017. The station became fully operational on or about September 3, 2017. The earth station antenna authorized by the E170108 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission's rules.
