Washington, D.C. 20554 RE: Certificate of Completion of Construction Intelsat License LLC SES-LIC-20170419-00420 Call Sign: E170096 ` Dear Ms. Dortch, Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) certifies that it has completed construction and begun operation of its Hagerstown, Maryland E170096 earth station facility. The Commission granted Intelsat license to operate this earth station facility on June 6, 2017. The station became fully operational on or about October 1, 2017. The earth station antenna authorized by the E170096 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission's rules.
