Specifically, Intelsat is providing an additional transmit antenna gain for the 12.75 – 13.25 GHz band and correcting the maximum EIRP/carrier (dBW) and maximum EIRP density/carrier (dBW/4kHz) for the 13.75 – 14.0 GHz band. Changes are shown below in red:
