Washington, D.C. 20554 RE: Certificate of Completion of Construction SES-LIC-20170302-00226, Call Sign: E170078 ` Dear Ms. Dortch, Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the Federal Communications Commission’s rules,1 Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) certifies that it has completed construction and begun operation of its Hagerstown, Maryland earth station facility, Call Sign E170078, as provided herein. On May 15, 2017, the Commission granted Intelsat license to construct and operate a 9-meter C-band earth station with two antennas—Antenna ID 1 and Antenna ID 2—in Hagerstown, Maryland.2 Intelsat, based on anticipated consumer demand, made the decision to terminate construction of Antenna ID 2. Intelsat completed construction of Antenna ID 1, and the earth station became fully operational on or about December 13, 2017. Intelsat has tested Antenna ID 1, and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission’s rules.
