Washington, D.C. 20554 RE: Certificate of Completion of Construction Intelsat License LLC SES-LIC-20161007-00832 Call Sign: E160159 ` Dear Ms. Dortch, Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) certifies that it has completed construction and begun operation of its Napa, California E160159 earth station facility. The Commission granted Intelsat License LLC’s license to operate this earth station facility on February 9, 2017. The station became fully operational on or about November 1, 2016.1 The earth station antenna authorized by the E160159 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission's rules. The antenna authorized pursuant to the license will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. Respectfully submitted, /s/ Susan H.
