                 FCC Form 312, Response to Question 43: Description

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests a new earth station license to allow
Intelsat to utilize a 9 meter Ku-band antenna located at its Napa, California teleport to
provide communications services to/from the Yamal-300K satellite at 183.0º E.L. in the
14.0–14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 10.95–11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
Although the Yamal-300K satellite is not on the Permitted Space Station List, U.S. earth
station access to the satellite has already been approved.1 Intelsat also seeks ALSAT
authority for this antenna for the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
