Certificate of Earth Station Operations SES Government Solutions, Inc. hereby certifies that its earth station authorized on November 8, 2016 under call sign E160137, File No. SES-LIC-20160714-00662, has been put into operation. Service commenced in March 2015 pursuant to a grant of special temporary authority, and the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
