The earth station commenced operations on August 19, 2016 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of WHDH that each antenna facility associated with E160126 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorization issued to WHDH on August 15, 2016, FCC File Number SES—LIC—20160707—00635.
