("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated July 25, 2016, in File No. SES—LIC—20160615—00515. The facility was completed and operation of the facility commenced as of June 22, 2016, pursuant to the provisionally—granted rule in Section 25.151(e) of the Commission‘s Rules. (The license application was placed on Public Notice on June 22, 2016, in Report No. SES—01861.) Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation ofthe earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has beentested and represented by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
