This proposed license application for a transportable fixed Ku-band earth station requests to use Japanese Licensed Satellites Superbird-B2 and Superbird-C2 for communications in Hawaii, Guam, Northern Marianas, and American Samoa, Saipan and CONUS areas. This License Application will be similar to an already licensed Ku-band transportable fixed earth station that is licensed to communicate with both Superbird-B2 and Superbird-C2, under Call Sign E150102, File number: SES-LIC-20150803-00485. Communications between the proposed earth station and the Superbird-B2 and Superbird-C2 satellites SHALL BE in compliance with the satellite coordination agreements reached between Japan and the United States. The applicant acknowledges that the Superbird satellites are not authorized to provide any Direct-to-Home (DTH) service, Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) service or Digital Audio Radio Service (DARS) to, from, or within the United States.
