In the Matter of SES-LIC-20160330-00355 HNS License Sub, LLC SES-LIC-20160330-00356 SES-LIC-20160330-00357 Applications for Earth Station Authorizations SES-LIC-20160330-00358 SES-LIC-20160330-00359 WITHDRAWAL OF OPPOSITION On July 1, 2016, Iridium Constellation LLC (“Iridium”) filed its Comments and Partial Opposition in response to the above-referenced applications of HNS License Sub, LLC (“HNS”) for authority to operate five gateway earth stations, including an earth station located in Riverside, CA. In its pleading, Iridium opposed the application to operate the Riverside, CA earth station1 in light of the parties’ then-pending efforts to coordinate. The parties have now executed a coordination agreement covering the earth station operations proposed in the HNS applications. Accordingly, Iridium hereby withdraws its opposition.
