2 Degree Antenna Statement The 3.8 meter antenna proposed in this application will operate with the same/similar parameters as the earth station licensed under file number SES-LIC-20120918-00837, Call Sign E120189. The maximum EIRP density of 30.67 dBW/4KHz for the 3.8 meter antenna filed in this application will be lower than the EIRP density of 31.82 dBW/4KHz filed in the E120189 application. Therefore, based on this information the criteria in the above reference paragraph are satisfied.
