(“Spire”) provides notification to the Commission that Spire has permanently discontinued operations of its FLGS earth station,1 which was located at 4680 Conference Way S #150, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, FL, 33431, and its JUGS earth station, 2 which was located at 58° 21' 50.6" N 134° 36' 21.5" W.
