Dear Ms. Dortch:

Spire Global, Inc. (“Spire”) hereby requests that the International Bureau (“Bureau”) replace the
previously submitted radiation hazard report, associated with the above-referenced applications, with
the contemporaneously-filed, revised radiation hazard report, which corrects the antenna size.
Additionally, Spire clarifies its response to question E50 on the Form 312 Schedule B of each of the
applications.

The Spire earth stations both transmit and receive in the 402-403 MHz band. See, e.g., IBFS File
No. SES-LIC-20160317-00246, Exhibit B (filed Mar. 17, 2016); see also IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-
20151123-00078, Exhibit B (granted in part Mar. 25, 2016). The frequencies will be used for
command (Earth-to-space), telemetry and tracking (space-to-Earth), and backup digital data
transmissions (space-to-Earth). Certain earth stations also will be equipped with a receive-only
antenna operating in the 2020-2025 MHz band, which serves as Spire’s primary digital data link
(space-to-Earth).

For the Bureau’s convenience, Spire clarifies that its specific responses to question E50 of the Form
312 Schedule B should be as follows:

       402-403 MHz band (Earth-to-space) – “command”

       402-403 MHz band (space-to-Earth) – “telemetry and tracking
                                                         and digital data”

       2020-2025 MHz band (space-to-Earth) – “digital data”

Ms. Marlene H. Dortch April 6, 2016

Please contact the undersigned if you have any questions regarding this letter.

                                                              Respectfully submitted,
