Washington, DC 20554 Attn: Satellite Division International Bureau WVUE License Subsidiary, LLC (FRN 0026389007) E160027 SES-ASG-20170331-00353 Notice of Consummation Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of WVUE License Subsidiary, LLC (“WVUE License Sub”), we hereby notify the FCC the assignment of the license of the above-referenced Domestic Satellite Transmit/Receive Earth station was consummated effective August 8, 2017. WVUE License Sub is the entity originally designated as the assignee when the above-referenced application was filed on March 31, 2017. By letter of June 8, 2017, the parties requested the substitution of Raycom EAT LLC (“Raycom EAT”) as the assignee in order to allow Raycom Media, Inc. (“Raycom”), the ultimate parent of WVUE License Sub, to complete a like-kind exchange involving WVUE and proceeds a Raycom station won in the Commission’s Broadcast Incentive Auction. As the parties explained, the substitution of Raycom EAT for WVUE License Sub was a pro forma change to the Application because Raycom would have exclusive and direct control of Raycom EAT for all purposes other than for federal and state income tax purposes. Prior to consummation of the above-captioned application, the Commission disbursed Raycom’s Incentive Auction proceeds, at which point Raycom determined Raycom EAT’s involvement no longer was necessary for tax purposes. discussions with International Bureau staff, this notice reflects the assignment of the above- referenced license to WVUE License Sub, the originally designated assignee.
