Exhibit B 1 STATEMENTS REGARDING FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS All hub and remote earth stations which are subject of this application are exempt from the FAA Notification Requirements described in Schedule B, question “E20”. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 25.113 (a) and 47 C.F.R. § 17.7 (e)(3), FAA notification is not required for antenna structures that are less than 6.1 meters in height. None of the antennas which are subject of this application will significantly add to the height of the surrounding structure so as to cause it to be a height of 6.1 meters or higher or to cause a hazard to aircraft. As a result, since the subject antenna are less than 6.1 meters in height, FAA notification for these earth stations is not required.
