E21, Point of Communication, needs to list out Telstar 12 Vantage (Telstar 12V) ($2933) Please show Telstar 12V as the point of communication. 3. Emission designator in each rf carrier is designated as "D"; therefore, the modulation and services describe in E50 for each carrier must not include video. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 2.202 (e )(5) D is for Data transmission, telemetry, telecommand. Please correct the emission designator for all of the identified bands to 112MG7W and S50O0KG7W, respectively.
