Absent an extension, under 47 C.F.R. § 1.115(d) (and as calculated consistent with 47 C.F.R. § 1.4), Higher Ground‘s opposition to the FWCC application for review is due on Monday, February 27, although its opposition to the other applications for review filed by Association of Public—Safety Communications Officials—International, Inc. ("APCO®‘), the Enterprise Wireless Alliance ("EWA"), and the Utilities Technology Council ("UTC") is not due until a week later, on Monday, March 6. All four applications for review raise common issues that are best addressed through a single consolidated opposition, rather than multiple separate filings by Higher Ground. while avoiding any undue delay in the Commission‘s consideration of the issues raised. Moreover, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 1.46(c), Higher Ground‘s undersigned counsel has notified Commission staff and FWCC‘s counsel of this extension request, and FWCC‘ s counsel has confirmed that it does not object to the request. Accordingly, Higher Ground request the Commission to promptly grant the requested one—week extension of time, which will allow High Ground to file a consolidated opposition, on or prior to March 6, responding to all applications for review in this proceeding.
