The Petition was based on the fact that HNS and Iridium had not concluded a coordination agreement addressing HNS’ proposed operations.

-2- After Iridium filed its Petition, HNS and Iridium entered into a coordination agreement. Iridium, therefore, is withdrawing its Petition.
