Overon America 4.9 Meter License Application Exhibit A EXHIBIT A – APPLICATION SUMMARY & EXHIBIT TABLE OF CONTENTS 1.0 - Application Summary Overon America (“Overon”), by way of the underlying application submitted by its attorneys, seeks Federal Communications Commission (“FCC” or “Commission”) authority to operate a transmit and receive 4.9 meter Ku-band earth station antenna.
